Police arrest cyclist who confronted youngsters posting U.S. racial injustice flyers

A cyclist whose videotaped confrontation with three youngsters posting flyers protesting racial injustice on a nature trail outside Washington drew widespread attention has been arrested and charged, police said late Friday.
